The community is in need of a Community Center (see blueprint below) to serve the growing needs of the community as well as the youth.

- Dinners ('aqeeqah, weddings, etc.)
- Community Conventions
- Nur Academy class rooms
- Babysitting room
- Youth Center (pool table, ping-pong, fitness, etc.)
- Community Clinic
- Apartment housing for students
- 40 additional parking spaces
